Law of Attraction

We just had our EQ @ Work seminar last week and I had tons of fun and learning cramped up in that 9 hours or utter exhilaration. We went from awkward to confident to open to crying to hugging strangers to being wiser and all that done with laughter and in just one day. It was all about being positive. Having a positive outlook to get positive results in your decisions on your day to day life. And somehow for someone as pessimistic as I am, it made sense!

He shared to us the Law of Attraction from the book, 'The Secret'.
'You get what you put your energy and focus on, whether wanted or unwanted.'

To me it made sense. Unconsciously, I've been living it. Take my job for example. When I was in college, I didn't really know what I wanted to be when I graduate. I just wanted to graduate without failing. And oddly enough, even when I barely attended classes or has been slack in studying, I did pass all my subjects and graduated without failure. Then after all the new graduate hype was done, I didn't know what else to become. I only knew that I didn't want to be a call center agent. I kept thinking I didn't want to be a call center agent and viola! A call center agent I became. Odd how the universe responds to you, eh? But now that I know the secret, I know how I should hold myself from day to day. It's just a matter of time before I get to be who I want to when I grow up.
